What other information do we collect?
When you use Folge Cloud to publish your documentation, workflows or guides we store your clicks, keystrokes, and the content that appears on your screen during the capturing period along with user provided title, description and other information. The user must click "Publish" or "Resync guide" buttons for Folge Cloud to collect and store the above mentioned data. You may choose to have information shared by you removed at any time by contacting us at hello@folge.me.
This policy is effective as of 1 March 2020.
Personal Information We Collect Automatically
We may also collect additional information from your web browser each time you visit f our Website. We may collect information about the pages that you visit and the time spent on each web page or area of the Website, the promotions or advertisements that you click on, and other actions that you take while using our Website and Desktop App. This information may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the type of browser, the time that your browser was used to access our Website, and the referring website’s address. We may also use tools such Google Analytics.
We may also collect information that cannot be used to identify you. For example, we may aggregate non-personal information about you and other individuals who visit our Website. Aggregated information will not contain any information that can be linked directly back to you.
Folge does not retain or have access to any information recorded when you use the program. When a personal license or higher is purchased, Folge will periodically validate the license key.
Third party services
Folge uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run Folge.
Payment processing. Credit card billing information is getting stored with our credit card payment processor Paddle directly. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your credit card information is never transmitted via our website. Privacy policies: Paddle
Usage statistics, tracking & marketing. We use Google Analytics with enabled IP anonymization to discover which parts of our website and software need improvement. We might use Google AdWords or re-marketing from Google, Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn to promote our service and our content. Privacy policies: Google

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns
Refund policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
